Prior to joining Salesforce.com, Karthik was the IT Director, Technology Solutions & Operations at American Hospital Association where he lead many enterprise initiatives around Social Enterprise, Cloud, Mobile, Cloud & SaaS based technology solutions. Prior to that Karthik was a Principal Consultant at Keane, Senior Consultant at RCN Telecom and Consultant at Telecom Australia.

Karthik also served as a member on AIIM.org’s Board of Directors, a not for profit association. AIIM is the community that provides education, research, and best practices to help organizations find, control, and optimize their information.

Karthik is a certified PMP, ITIL Manager (IT Service Management), Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Salesforce.com Cloud, Knowledge Centered Support (KCS) & Social Media Business Strategy professional.
